A Message from our Queen:

Hi everyone first I want to say that I am very excited for this year! Many of you know that it has been a long time dream of mine to be the New England Queen and represent our club in the National Queen’s contest at the World Show. Now that I am queen I can’t wait for things to start. I have already attended the Pinto Convention in March. It was so much fun to meet the other queens and the influential members to our national club.  Now I am confident that I will have an even better time in June. At our local shows I plan to have some raffles so keep a look out on how to enter to win great stuff. I hope everyone has a great show year! Click here to see some photos from the Convention

See you soon,
Kyle Alexander

Queens Responsibilities:

Queen responsibilities include, but are not limited to: helping distribute walk trot lead line awards, futurity awards and banquet awards, dressed appropriately with sash and tiara, and assisting with Queen fundraiser's. The Queen must also attend the Equine Affaire in West Springfield, MA in November at some point during the 4 days, or must submit a letter to me as to why she cannot attend.

The Queen is encouraged to attend the World show in Tulsa, OK, but is not required to do so. It is beneficial to attend the National Convention as Queen before attending World Show, as this is a major forum to make yourself known to members across the country. There are many ways to raise funds, including sponsorships, raffles and the banquet auction to facilitate attendance. There will be fundraiser's during the show season to benefit the queen's fund. >> Queens Packet <<
