NEPtHA 2012 Stall Information & Rules

  1. No stall reservation will be accepted postmarked before April 1, 2012.
  2. Arrival time for Stalls and Campers is 12 NOON Friday of the show.
  3. Early Arrivals: Early arrivals are charged $20 per horse stall and $30 for camper hook ups and must be indicated on the reservation form to be accommodated. Early arrival is before 10:00 am Friday. Last minute early arrivals should contact Kathy Gallager.
  4. Stall and Camper reservations must include a post dated check or PayPal billing information
  5. Stalls are assigned in the order they are received. Your stall at the May show may be a different assignment than the balance of the show year to ensure equal accommodation of Paint and Pinto Exhibitors.
  6. Every attempt will be made to accommodate special request but they cannot be guaranteed.
  7. Group/farm reservations stalling together must send reservations together and list responsible party for each stall with back numbers.
  8. Shared tack stalls will be placed in the name of the party making the group/farm reservation unless otherwise indicated.
  9. Stalls/Campers/Trailers/Tents reserved onsite at the show will be made through the show office and paid upon arrival.
  10. Campers & Tents - Anyone that plugs into electricity will be charged (this includes being plugged into the barn and being plugged into another trailer) - Camper spaces should be reserved with stall reservations and should include a post-dated check or include PayPal billing information - Provide the license plate # and state for the vehicle using the hook up on your stall reservation form. - You will receive either a "Paid" or "Paid Early Bird" tag which must be displayed on your camper/trailer/tent
  11. Campers will have priority in Camper hook up spots over tents.
  12. No holding camper spots for late arrivals.
  13. Tents with campers must not interfere with camper parking/hookups
  14. Camper/Tent/Trailer HookUps are $60 Friday noon through Sunday
  15. Stall Prices - $80 per stall - Day stalls with no overnight are $40 per day. Day stalls will be placed in the main barn after all weekend stalls are accommodated - $20 per day for truck in horses that should be paid with the show bill—no reservation required
  16. Payment - Write a separate check for each show you are reserving a stall/camper for post-dated for the deposit date on each reservation form - If you request to be billed via PayPal you will receive an invoice by email for the total amount 1 week prior to the deposit date for the show. You must pay your invoice by the deposit date to hold your stall.
  17. Cancellation - All cancellations must be received Monday of the week of the show (4 days before the Friday start) - Refunds will be via show credit or by check within two (2) weeks after the show. The exhibitor is responsible for notifying NEPtHA if they would like a refund by check. - Cancellations Tuesday through show start must be accompanied by a vet letter to receive refund or a personal physician's letter if cancellation is due to exhibitor/trainer health. - All cancellations must be made by email to mydakotagold29@gmail.com
  18. If your stall check is returned for insufficient funds or you fail to pay your PayPal bill by the due date your reservation is cancelled
  19. Shavings are available through Falls Creek Farm.
  20. No horses/ponies/ minis in trailers overnight
  21. Any person who resells their stall is solely responsible for collecting the funds for the stall. NEPtHA will not issue checks or collect funds for sold stalls.
  22. There is a maximum limit of two (2) miniatures, ponies, and or weanlings per stall. Horses one (1) one year of age or older must be stalled separately.
