NEPtHA 2010 Stall Information & Rules
- Stall and Camper fees MUST be prepaid for preference. First Come First Served Basis. We will do our best to accommodate you. No Reservations accepted over the phone! If you send your stalls in as a group/farm, you must list who will be responsible for each stall along with payment. If you are sharing a tack stall the person sending in the reservation is responsible for payment of the stall. Checks must be pre-dated one week before the show and will be cashed one week before the show. Please write a separate check for each show you are attending. If you bounce your stall check we will not hold the stall for you.
No Stall reservation will be accepted postmarked before March 1, 2010
- Please list each horse’s back number on form. This makes it easier for the show secretary’s to track which horses/owners have which stalls.
- Shavings are available through Falls Creek Farm.
- Check in time 12:00 noon on Friday per order of Falls Creek Farm
- Anyone that needs to check in before Noon on Friday must contact the stall coordinator.
You will be charged extra even if you drop your camper off in a camper spot before Friday.
- Stalls will be tagged with exhibitor’s names Friday morning. No one is to remove any stall tags, and switch stalls!
- Stall fee is $80.00 per stall for Friday – Sunday. We will be offering day stalls (no overnight) at $40 each. The back barn will be designated for day stalls. Absolutely NO horses in trailers overnight! Anyone not renting a stall will be charged a grounds fee of $20.00 per Pinto/per day.
- Anyone who reserves a stall and then does not attend the show will only receive a refund with a Vet’s Certificate received within 24 hours before the show. Otherwise ALL STALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY MONDAY 9:00 A.M. BEFORE THE SHOW OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE STALL! Stall cancellations must be received by e-mail only buckskins97@yahoo.com anyone using a stall will be charged the Full weekend charge of $80.00.
- Every effort will be made to assign you the stall of your choice Stalls will be available for those deciding to come last minute you must check into the office to pre-pay for stall and to be assigned a stall. Camper Hook-Up may be available, but no guarantee without being pre-paid.
- There is a maximum limit of two (2) miniatures, ponies, and or weanlings per stall. Horses one (1) One year of age or older must be stalled separately.
- Camper Hook-ups are $60.00 each Friday – Sunday and on a first come served basis. Anyone that plugs into electricity will be charged (this includes being plugged into the barn and being plugged into another trailer)!!! Camper spaces must be sent in with stall reservations and MUST be pre-paid. To ensure that everyone using electricity has paid, you must provide the license plate # and state for the vehicle using the hook up on your stall reservation form. In addition, upon arrival, you will receive a “paid” tag which must be displayed in your camper/trailer, or you will be charged accordingly.
